A top priority in the development of Configuration Manager for Jira (CMJ) has always been the target system’s consistency after a snapshot deployment. One key aspect of this is for CMJ to provide a way to revert all planned changes in case of an unexpected error during deployment.
CMJ uses a rollback strategy that guarantees your configuration will be protected at all times. This is your insurance that if any issue occurs with your data, the system can always be restored to its initial state. In case of an error during deployment, CMJ will revert all planned configuration changes and leave the system the way it was before the start of the deployment.
